Exhibitions

The presented exhibitions were selected from the most interesting proposals, supported by the best justification.

The exhibitions present people with a variety of achievements, affiliations and professions. Among them are actors, artists, painters, priests, teachers, scientists and inventors, travellers, sportsmen, politicians, defenders of the homeland. The portrayed come from various social classes. There are people from poor families, landed gentry and ducal lineage. All of them shared commitment and passion, which brought about success, but also what appeared to be failures. These were only apparent disasters, because their outcome was the persistence of values, even at the cost of losing one's life, as was in the case of Prince Michael Czartoryski or Janusz Korczak.

In addition to the eleven exhibitions created this year, in the Featured links section there are 6 exhibitions prepared in 2017, also dedicated to Uncommon Poles.

We encourage you to visit these exhibitions and to report further figures, which should be included in the Uncommon People portal.
